ELI ON THE RUN
WHO AM I
I like that on the 'About the Author' section in books it always says where the author was born, where they are living now, and a couple of obscure facts about them that gives little to nothing away, like they'd wished 'Gareth Gates had won that series of Pop Idol that one time' or that they're 'partial to mild cheddar cheese with piccalilli but not the strong stuff'.
So I'm going to write mine for you...
The Blogger's name is Eleanor. She is often called Eli and this is pronounced 'Eh-li', not 'Ee-lie'.
Eli is spelt in this way because her oldest sister couldn't spell 'Ellie' when they were young children and it stuck, essentially.
She had a small identity crisis when she began her first professional job a few years ago because she felt she had to start signing off e-mails etc.with 'Ellie' so as not to mislead people into thinking she was a man. She still finds it difficult to associate herself with this spelling/name.

Eli was born in Preston, England and is currently (as of 11th January 2015) a resident of The Open Road, Wanderland.
She had a jealous tabby cat called Alfie (there is always reference to their pets), who was stolen by a cantankerous old neighbour.
She's a fan of sour skittles and has a phobia of ants in large quantities.
